Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! Beachy cottage-style 300 sf guest house, in quiet well-established neighborhood, with streets perfect for a walk or run. Minutes from Greenville, as the main road turning out of neighborhood is a straight shot into the heart of the city. Your private house has full bed, shelving, armchair, full bath, and kitchenette, and TV/WiFi. With plenty of afternoon sun, it is a warm and inviting space that we love to share with weary travelers!

The space
When you arrive, you’ll have a paved driveway to park on, with ground lights and stepping stones leading you to the door into your private guesthouse, where you have 300sf all to yourself! Amenities include a full bed, with natural latex mattress; mattress, box spring, and pillows are covered with waterproof allergen covers for your health and safety; shelving for your "stuff"; a cushioned armchair with TV in the living area; easy access outlets; full private bath with shower/tub combo. Your kitchenette has a hot plate, pots/pans/utensils, a large mini frig/freezer, convection oven, Kureig, blender, and disposable ware; plenty of cabinetry/ countertop space, where you'll always find teas, bottled water, plus healthy snacks!

You'll love the area, as it has that perfect balance of trees, and streets that beg for a walk or run! Serene, yet surprisingly close to most everything in Greenville!

As a family, we’ve been using AirBnB when we travel for a number of years, as we love staying at an Airbnb rather than a hotel, and we love to travel! We knew for years we would one day offer this to others, and we are just getting started with our own rental offers (Feb 2021) on AirBnB. With long term plans to expand our offers to other rooms/locations, we continue to grow our family GC business, Brave Homes, to include commercial/residential renovations, investing/flips, rentals, and sales, as my son and I were licensed as real estate agents in 2019. The home that my husband built 20 years ago, and where our 2 children have grown up, is now one of the places where we host spaces! Our spaces aren’t anything fancy.....but we love to make sure they’re comfortable, serene, and filled with the things a weary traveler desires! Keep an eye out for future spaces, and know that we love what we do!!

During your stay

My husband, my adult son, and I live on the premises in the main house. Husband and son are gone during the day most days during the week and many Sats. I am in and out all week. You can always either message us through AirBnB app, or text or call my cell phone, as well as my son's, during your stay if you need anything!
