Beautiful unit, including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining & work area, two bedrooms and a great porch with a grill. One bedroom includes 2 twin beds, the other has a king. Less than a mile away from downtown Port Clinton, and the ferry to Put-in-Bay. We are located walking distance from many bars & restaurants, the beach, & grocery store.

The space
This home was constructed in 1890, and it still has the beauty and charm of its age, even though it has been modernized. The kitchen is a great size to cook in, and is fully stocked for most basic cooking needs. The dining room is very large, and we have also converted this space into a work area, with a desk and chair along with the dining room table and chairs. The living room is also spacious, the couch and chair can sit up to 4, and sleep one. In the living room there is a 55in 4k smart TV, great for a movie night or just binging Netflix. Both bedrooms have closets, and there is no dresser available.
