The space
■ The HOUSE

The Hobbit House is an underground building of 90m2, having as main elements in its construction stones, wood and iron.

It is located in a rural property 13 minutes away from the city center of Pomerode/SC and the main sights.

It is the realization of the project of a couple who decided to exchange urban life for life in the countryside and in this context create the family.

The house has two bedrooms,

We have two ponds available for fishing, the varieties of fish are; tilapia, grass carp, head carp, catfish, painted, pacu, tambaqui, traíras, lambari, trairão, cascudo. It is possible to practice sport fishing (fish and drop) and we also sell the fish per kilo.

■ The PROPERTY

We have plenty of water on the property, with springs in various locations and the water that supplies the house is well water, suitable for drinking and cooking.

Property of 70,000 m², there are lakes of fish production, trails in the forest used for the harvest of açaí, there are several boxes of native bees without sting, fruit trees, chicken coop, wine vines, vegetable gardens and cassava gardens.
