Welcome to Southern Pines Cabin nestle on 5 acres . Located only minutes away from Lake Wedowee. Close to Cheaha State Park for great hiking trails and waterfalls . Bring your boat. With easy lake access to Foster’s Bridge public boat ramp this is a perfect getaway for couples or families. Relax you’re on Lake Time !! Perfect location for fishing , hunting, Morris Mountain and Top Trails Off -road park near by . Close to Heflin, Oxford and Talladega.

The space
The cabin is 800 sq feet . The inside has hardwood floors, knotty pines walls and wood ceilings . Open floor plan includes sleeper sofa in the living room and a queen bed. The cabin has a large kitchen and bathroom with washer and dryer. Outside has a screen in porch with 2 ceiling fans and a heater for the winter. A second smaller deck out back with a grill.

Take a drive to Heflin , AL and visit High Country Cellars Winery. If you are looking for something fun to do take a scenic drive or hike at Talladega National Forest . Cheaha State Park also offers spectacular Mountain view’s hike . It’s Alabama’s highest point at 2,400 feet above sea level. Cheaha State Park offers fun things to do including Vista Cliffside Restaurant , cliffside pool, a lake , dog park, accessible and extreme hiking trails . Looking for great shopping and restaurant’s drive about 25 minutes to Oxford , AL . Also in Oxford is Big Time Entertainment for the ultimate fun . It offers indoor go karts, 80 + arcade and retro games , Axe throwing , children’s play area, Mini golf , laser tag and bowling. If you enjoy off roading Top Trails in Talladega , AL is a must with 2,800 acres to ride your dirt bike , ATVs or side -by -side.
