This sun-filled space features an open concept living and modern furnishings. Relax in the family room with a movie, splash some water in the private pool, and cook up a family meal in the recently remodeled, full loaded kitchen. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with close proximity to DFW, all shopping, grocery, restaurants, lakes with hiking trails, makes this the perfect home away from home.

*There's a ring doorbell and a noise monitoring device in the foyer area.

The space
There are three bedrooms total: Master bedroom on the ground floor with king bed, and two additional bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and two twin beds. There's a day bed with the trundle bed in the living room and a comfy sofa in the family room.

The pool is available for use in spring/summer/fall seasons from dusk to dawn. There is no fence around it, so please exercise caution when enjoying outdoor space. Minors must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool.
