WELCOME TO THE TINY HOME EXPERIENCE!

This is a newly renovated tiny home apartment right outside the heart of downtown Santa Ana. It features a minimal layout that is perfect for the traveling pair or solo traveler.

Live BIG in this "tiny home" with all the amenities you need such as a full kitchen, washer/dryer, queen bed, two TV's, and a garage (read below for car limitations).

Conveniently located:
• 10 minutes away from Disneyland
• 15 minutes away from JW Airport

The space
DESIGN & LAYOUT: This modern industrial inspired space features a mostly neutral color palette and a collection of beautiful furniture pieces with dark oak wood finishes paired with black metal. The rich dark green accented walls all throughout the tiny apartment will create a tranquill environment for a productive work session or cozying up after a long day of sightseeing.

PARKING LIMITATION: A tiny apartment wouldn’t be complete without a tiny garage. The parking garage spot is only suitable for one MEDIUM SIZED sedan/suv and/or smaller car (no big suvs, trucks, vans) . You will have to back the car into the garage which will take a try or two but you’ll have it down after a little practice. Parking guide will be provided. PLEASE CONFIRM CAR SIZE BEFORE BOOKING.

STREET PARKING: Availible during the day only. Please inquire if driving an oversized vehicle or need extra parking.

LAUNDRY: We are proud to offer a small electric washer/dryer combo unit in this tiny apartment. This machine is capable of washing 3-5 items max at a time. Machine is located adjacent to the bathroom. Only guests staying 3 nights or longer are permitted to use the laundry machine.

POTENTIAL NOISE: The tiny apartment is located on the first floor of the building. So naturally, there may be occasional light noise from units adjacent or above the unit. Quiet times are 10pm-7am and are strictly enforced. Please take note if you are extra sensitive.

COMPLEX: This apartment complex is safe and monitored with surveillance 24/7. Will require key and/or gate remote to enter the gated courtyard area leading to the garage. Entrance to the unit is located right outside the gated area with a private entrance.

Animals & Pets: We have a no-animal rule do to the health concerns of team members and guests.

NEARBY: This neighborhood is located 10 minutes away from DISNEYLAND. 10 minutes away from multiple shopping centers, Chapman University, Angel Stadium, and Honda Center. CHOC and St. Josephs is less than 10 minutes away.
