Welcome to Villa Las Aves, the Villa of Birds!
Our newly renovated Villa is set in the lush Jungle outside of Manuel Antonio. It has everything you could need from a home away from home.

The space
There is a large Kitchen which is fully stocked with everything your family will need to cook delicious meals with such as induction plates, rice cooker, toaster, kettle and microwave. The Villa has a beautiful and spacious dining room and living room. There are a total of 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms come all with hot water and great pressure with a sink, toilet and shower. 6 bedrooms are all on the main floor, there is 1 room that is in the attic of the house and has a nice stairway leading up to it. There are 5 rooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with a single bed. It is possible to add more places to sleep, if needed with extra blow up mattresses. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and another two have air conditioning. The Villa is surrounded by a big tropical garden with lots of birds, a large pool, outside shower and BBQ area with an outside kitchen and fridge. The Villa is wheelchair accessible.

Both bath and pool towels will be provided for guests. Beach towels will not be provided. Please don't take the bath towels to the beach. There is also a TV with Netflix for entertainment such as board games in the living room. We have a good and strong Wifi connection. This is the perfect space for a big family or friends looking for a relaxing vacation or getaway near Manuel Antonio. There is plenty parking space for several cars. Please keep in mind that this is not a house for big parties.

We are located in a unique, tucked away neighborhood about 20 min from the National Park.
There are shops and local restaurants in the area, bigger shops and further restaurants you will find in Quepos and Manuel Antonio a 15 min drive from the property. There is plenty of parking available on the property. There is a family of ducks that live on the property and the usual Costa Rican wildlife. There is a security camera at the front gate and around the outside of the villa.

Hi, we are Sarah and Jahn and we are a young local couple that has grown up in this area. We are open and friendly and enjoy a good conversation.
We speak perfect English and Spanish. We live nearby and can be over quickly to handle check ins, check outs, coordination tours and to help with any questions or issues that may arise during your stay.
