100 sqm. home with room for the whole family. Undisturbed location close to beach and forest. Fjellerup town has a restaurant, shopping, bakery and large playground within a 3-minute drive. On the beach you will find an ice cream shop and a fish shop.

Nearby are Djurs Sommerland (15 min.), Ree Park Safari, Mols Bjerge and several golf courses. Good area for running and cycling with several landscaped routes through forest and beach areas.

The house contains three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The space
The home contains a kitchen/family room with loft, separate living room with alcove, two bathrooms, one of which has a washer and dryer. In addition, three double bedrooms and the house therefore has six beds + two in alcove/loft. Blackout curtains in all rooms.

Large outdoor terrace around the whole house with barbecue. The large area of the terrace to the south faces woodland and is undisturbed from neighbours. Outdoor shower with cold/hot water (closed during the winter months).

100 M/bit wi-fi and built-in chromecast in TV. Different board games for large and small for free use.

Electricity and water included in the rent.

Cozy and quiet cottage area with a combination of newer and older, charming houses. Playground 100 meters from the house. Fjellerup beach has fine sand, is child friendly and has blue flag. At the "blue flag station" in summer marine biologists several times a week tell the children about marine life. You can taste seaweed, pat a plaice or go on a water safari with biologists. Next door is the Waffle House and a fish shop.

In Fjellerup town there is a local supermarket, a good baker and the restaurant "Madam Blå/Madam Blue", which serves delicious traditional Danish food. In the town you will also find a large new playground "Fjollehaven".

There are various take-away options.

Tennis courts can be rented near the cottage.
