Feel at home staying in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city. The region is great and very well located, just minutes from downtown and close to everything. Peace of mind in a space that's super well sized whether for short stays or even longer stays, including for people who want a place to stay for a home office or a place to settle in during a change/renovation period. We've set up a welcoming space to make you feel at home! Everything designed to offer the best possible stay and comfort to tasteful people like you, who like a fully planned environment, ready to stay, a spacious kitchen with everyday essentials, a washer, bedroom with planned furniture and a comfortable mattress and smelling and always clean bedding, a well spacious covered garage space already included and more. Everything is always very clean, sanitized and arranged to be a place to stay to call your own. Curitiba needs a sunny and ventilated property, and this is perfect since it has a large balcony that can be accessed from the bedroom and living room! It is different from the vertical buildings of the city, it is only 2 floors, few units which provides more peace of mind! The neighborhood is very wooded and very graced with the singing of birds. If you come in three people, there is a possibility of booking a single mattress to be placed above the sofa bed, thus offering more comfort (check availability with the host). Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and also on the balcony, valuing the well-being of all guests and residents of the residence. It is certainly a pleasant place for both short and long stays available here through the Airbnb platform.

The neighborhood is residential and really very differentiated by the quality of life in the region, which is very wooded and safe, just two blocks from Av. Vitor Ferreira do Amaral, providing many services such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, gym, bank branches, etc. (all within a 1 km radius). We are located a few minutes from parks such as Tanguá (15 min), Barigui (18 min); Egyptian museum (9 min) and Oscar Niemeyer museum (9 min). The city center is right there, here is close to everything ;)
