House in the countryside of 50m² completely renovated. Located in a small hamlet/ place of 9 houses in the heart of the plains and the Dolmens. Close to an airport for sports enthusiasts, 6 minutes from the city of Thouars and its various shops (large area, fast food, restaurants, cinema, historic center, castle, ramparts, as well as its famous market). On the Thouars-Poitiers axis, 50 mins from Futuroscope, 1h10 from Puy du Fou, 25 mins from the parks centre
