The space
This casita packs a punch, considering its size. This free standing studio faces away from our main house in its own separate yard for added privacy. Perfect for folks that want a cozy and safe crash pad with a compact kitchen featuring essentials: microwave, fridge, small electric stove with oven and sink, coffee maker & Brita filter. Table and chairs for two (2) both inside and out by the garden. There is wifi & a desk with stool, as well as a flat screen TV with Roku. Rest well on a brand new Queen size DreamCloud mattress. Toiletries provided for those traveling light - as well as an iron, blow dryer, fans, an AC/Heat wall unit, Levoit air filter, fire detector & extinguisher. Centrally located in Midtown. Solo traveller & LGBT safe space.
