Nestled 34m above sea level, looking straight across Georges Bay you have entered into our happy place. The sun drenched property has panoramic views across St Helens & the home boasts everything you need for that getaway you are after.

Walk down the private bushy stairway & plant yourself on the beach or sit back on the deck and enjoy the sunset.

The space
The balcony faces north east to north west, covered in sun all day long. The beautiful living, dining & kitchen have expansive views of the St Helens township, Moulting Bay & Pelican Point Reserve.

The deck will sell you, running 12 metres in length. Kick back on the sun lounges, set the table for a sunset BBQ or just pour yourself a drink and enjoy the view.

From the deck you have access to our private bushy track down to Treloggens Track and the beach.

The home boasts 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk in robe & ensuite. The second bedroom features a queen size bed & a single bunk bed.
The main bathroom has all the amenities as well as a front loader.

The well equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave and fridge and has a large & colourful array of serving bowls, glassware, crockery and cutlery, everything you will need. Please note we do not have a dishwasher.

The balcony has a large BBQ, outside table for six and sun lounges.

Land marks that surround the property include Humbug Point Nature reserve, Akaroa, Moulting Bay (where you can pick up a dozen fresh oysters) St Helens township, the shoreline of Beauty Bay, Kirwans Beach and Parkside.

By day you will see the bird life, the superb hairy wren, that sits on the fence to the left. Pick up the binoculars and take a look.
