Comfort, practicality and location. Enjoy the beauties of the potiguar capital and rest easy in this cozy, functional and very tasteful space in excellent location in Ponta Negra. New accommodation, with a private area of 20m², close to the waterfront of our coolest beach, where the best bars and restaurants of the South Natal area are located. We have a double box bed, air-conditioning and a full compact kitchen, offering the option of preparing your own meals quickly and conveniently.

The space
The accommodation is located in an old house, which was renovated and transformed into 8 studio accommodations (5 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor), but all independent of each other (each unit has a private kitchen and bathroom and its own access). This unit is on the first floor, accessed via 18-step stairs.

The common area consists of small garden, laundry with conventional tank (there is no washing machine) and patio in front of the house with space to park up to two vehicles. However, this unit does not offer parking.

Access to the property is through a gate with electronic lock by entering a password (pedestrians) or automatic gate with remote control (vehicles).

The property also has an electric fence and three surveillance cameras.
