Welcome to our classy New York style loft!
This is a luxurious and also one of the biggest lofts in the building through 2 floors. It is 41m2, usual lofts in the same building are on average 15-30m2!
We've created this apartment aiming at the best possible guest experience especially for you!
Comfortably situated on the ground floor, a view to the historic St. John's church, Netflix & PS4 (A LOT of games, PS+ subscription), free gym and just in Old Town!

The space
The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and working and living area with the view to the historic St. John's church, a living room and one of the comfy beds; and the second floor features another amazingly comfortable bedroom. Everything here is designed keeping your comfort as the highest priority with no expense held back.

In the living room you’ll find a comfy sofa that opens up to a full size bed in case you’re coming with a larger party. We’ve also taken care of your entertainment needs and offer high speed internet, lots of TV channels, free Netflix and a Playstation 4 with a large variety of games (2 handsets).

Speaking of entertainment, the building has a large private cinema room that we’ll be happy to help our guests book. Just let us know!

The bed downstairs is extra comfortable and of course, there are blackout curtains in the apartment for you to get that extra sweet rest!

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you might need either for a quick morning coffee (fresh from coffee beans with a click of a button) or to cook your own dinner. Even baking equipment is included.

One of the best features of this spacious apartment is that you get an amazing view to the St. John’s Church - one of the most famous historic landmarks of Tartu. Dining or working at the kitchen table just feels so much better with a view!

Upstairs, there’s a nice bedroom with an extra comfortable bed - waking up in the morning to that historic view is just mind blowing. We really hope you’ll have the best time!

In 1775 the Great Fire of Tartu occurred and almost all infrastructure was destroyed. Today's old town consists of mainly buildings which are built from the late 18th and early 19th centuries. You will find many trendy cafes, bars and many more exquisite places just a few minutes away by foot from the apartment.
