5 minutes from Branson Landing, and tucked away in the quiet gated community of Holiday Hills. Your family will love being close to the landing and all that downtown Branson has to offer. Wake up and listen to our private little waterfall as you sip your morning coffee on the patio. Spend the day downtown and catch the lights on the landing in the evening. Relax in comfort at your home away from home. We love hosting families looking to get away and hope you enjoy your stay with us.

The space
This secluded condo boasts an open floor plan, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Backing up to our own little private waterfall, you will love sipping your morning coffee, listening to the waterfall, and spotting deer, fox, and birds.

Build memories around the dining table where your family will plan your adventures and recall daily highlights while prepping for dinner. Start a family movie night tradition on the wall-mounted 50" TV. We provide cable and wi-fi access throughout the condo. At the end of the day, retire to your primary bedroom where your queen bed awaits.

Entry: This walk-in-level condo has no stairs to enter (besides the step onto the curb). Entry is keyless and easy as you will have your own unique entry code.

Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom includes a queen bed with built-in storage, a wall-mounted TV, nightstands, and a large en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower.

Secondary Bedroom:
The secondary bedroom also includes Queen bed with built in storage, nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV. This bedroom also includes an en suite bathroom with a shower and private sink.

Dining Area:
Enjoy gathering around the beautiful dining table. A leaf is available for large dinners where we hope you create lasting memories.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, glassware, cooking essentials, a crockpot, blender, etc. As parents of young kids, we also included kid friendly cups and dishware. We supply a variety coffee pods, sweetener, creamers, and ground coffee, but feel free to bring your favorites to enhance your morning enjoyment.

Living Room:
In the heart of the condo, you'll enjoy the 50" from the large comfy couch or chair.

Back patio:
The back patio is a real crowd pleaser. Situated just above own little private waterfall and creek you will love listening to the sounds of nature.

Here you will be tucked away in a quiet community 3.6 miles from Branson Landing and 3.8 miles from the heart of downtown Branson. You'll also be close to the Branson Strip (5.5 miles), to downtown Hollister (3.9 miles), and the College of the Ozarks (5.6 miles).

There is so much to do in Branson, we know you will love your stay. Specifically in Holiday Hills, there are so many great amenities listed below, but our favorites include various outdoor pools, a hot tub, the arcade, 2 private mini-movie theaters, and the fitness center.
