Our house, because it has a rustic style, is very cozy. One of our differentials is the wonderful view of the mountains that we seek to highlight in all environments. We offer a main house, with four bedrooms and an annex with leisure area that offers a gourmet kitchen and an independent suite with wheelchair accessibility. We also have a swimming pool, grassy football court and basketball basket. We are located between the Historic Center of Petropolis and Itaipava.

The space
The main house is set up on two floors. On the first floor is the living room in two environments, with a fireplace and TV (smart and cable machine) and a balcony, bar attached to the dining room, kitchen with table for breakfast, the master suite with queen bed, 1 bedroom with a trundle bed and 1 full social bathroom. Down 1 flight of stairs are the two other en-suites, 1 with a queen bed and 1 more single bed and another with 1 double bed plus 1 single bed, which gives access to an outdoor patio. We have a full service area with the outside entrance to the kitchen. The pool patio integrates the main house to the annexe. The living room in the annex also has a fireplace, TV and a half bathroom. The gourmet kitchen provides moments of integration and leisure and meets all tastes, as it offers a conventional stove, microwave, wood-burning pizza oven and barbecue pit with a counter for the pool patio.
