Located in Brainard MN, this home is the perfect place to relax & enjoy lake life with family & friends. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 10. In 2020 completely remodeled to provide a modern design to enjoy the lake views by the fireplace. Backyard leads to the water where guests can enjoy kayak rides, a dock, and fire pit. With a 3 season porch, option of pontoon rental, RV pad/hookups, & unparalleled views of the lake, this home offers something for everyone!

The space
Home is handicap accessible, no steps to entry. Master Bedroom has Tempurpedic queen size bed and is on the main floor. Upstairs there is a room with one queen bed and a second room with four beds, 2 queen, 2 full size totaling sleeping 10. Two full bathrooms with showers, tubs, and plenty of counter space are on the main floor. Outdoor furniture, grill, dock, private drive, Rv parking pad with hook ups and two firepits round out this property. Large driveway with home setback from the road. Garage is owners space and unavailable to guests. There is no public boat access to the lake and guests do not have an option to put their own boats on the lake due to this. Home is on Hartley Lake and 3 miles from the Gull Lake public access.
