The Stoney Cottage is located on a 20 acre farm in the middle of beautiful Fauquier County. It provides a unique and peaceful getaway while still offering a lot of local attractions. It is conveniently located to many local attractions such as wineries, breweries, Farmers Markets, The Flying Circus air show, Civil War battlefields and the Shenandoah National Park.

The space
Peacefully located in the woods but surrounded by acres of open land, the Cottage has much to offer. Wildlife such as deer, turkeys, squirrels, birds and even an occasional bald eagle call this place home. Cows can be seen grazing the nearby fields.
The Cottage has an open and spacious floor plan. It has a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom that offers a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi is provided to allow you to conduct business, check emails or relax and enjoy a Netflix show. The living area has a dining table, two couches and a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress that will be sure to give you a good nights rest. In the morning, enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee or tea.
