A cozy and comfortable room with a double bed and a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi (up to 30 mbps, verified by a speed test). The room has a large window and has easy access to a balcony, so you'll have lots of natural light. The room can be secured with your own key. The rest of the apartment is very well equipped, and is only shared with me so you will feel at home!

The space
Please note: there is no A/C in the room. During the hotter months, a pedestal fan will be inside the room, and can be used throughout your stay at no extra charge. During the colder months, a portable heater is available on request (extra charge - 50 EGP/night).

The apartment is in a well kept building, on the 7th floor with a lift. I live in the apartment by myself, so the shared spaces will only be shared with me. I keep the apartment clean and clutter free so my guests can relax and feel comfortable in the apartment.

The bathroom has everything you'll need - toilet and bathtub, and hot water is always available. There is also another separate toilet, so you never need to wait to use the toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking, and you are free to use it whenever. The shared balcony is right next to your room, so you’ll have access to it all the time. I don’t use it often as i have my own balcony in my room.

Where you’ll be

El-Zaytoun Sharkeya, Zeitoun, Cairo Governorate, Egypt

Zeitoun is a vibrant neighbourhood. The airport is only 15-20 mins away! The metro station Saray El-Kobba and Hammamat El Kobba are nearby (5 to 10 minute walk), and Kayizon (a chain supermarket) that has all the groceries you need is a 2 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quite central to many places such as malls and tourist attractions. Most places are within a 10-15 minute taxi journey away, or you can even take the metro.
