The house is adjacent to the village of Acapulco, where there are restaurants, shops, wineries, for shopping. It's 10 minutes away from Zorritos. We offer the service of relocations.

The space
It has 7 rooms in total, 6 of them with their own bathroom, and a bathroom with its own bathroom as well. All with good ventilation and with fans, balconies overlooking the sea. 2 main rooms with air conditioning and with terrace overlooking the sea.
It should be noted that the house is made up of 2 independent areas, each one is fully equipped, but they are together:
1. First floor, which has 3 bedrooms, plus the total service room for 12 people(one room with direct TV, WiFi, WiFi, queen bed with its own bathroom, air conditioning, air conditioning, total for 2 people, another room with queen bed and bedroom with its own bathroom for 4 people, another room with queen bed and bunk bed for 4 people with bathroom outside, and another service room with its own bathroom for 2 people), additionally it has a living room with direct TV with wifi, dining room, dining room, full equipped kitchen, directv, terrace, wifi, wifi, grill, pool, hammocks, etc.

Tenants will be able to choose only one of these 2 areas, as long as the number of tenants is less than or equal to 12 people.
If the number of tenants is greater than or equal to 13 people, they will be able to make use of the 2 areas together, i.e. the entire house, any change of this provision must be consulted with the host
Another important point to note is that the house, patio, pool, hammock areas, grill, games, etc., are not shared with other tenants, it is exclusive, that is, if an area is rented, the other area is automatically blocked, it is not rented to other guests.

Guest access
Access is very easy, as it is located near the North Pan American, there will be a person in charge to guide and attend to them.

The guest can be given the option to choose breakfast, lunch and dinner guests at their choice, with service staff depending on the number of tenants, who have an additional cost, if required, to contact the host to inform them of the options.

Pets can be brought by prior coordination with the host, the pet may not be outside the house without its proper leash, otherwise there will be daily penalties for cleaning.
It is important to shower before entering the pool, to keep water clean, as well as avoid toilet paper to toilet
