Perfectly located in the heart of Evesham, just a 2 minute walk to the wonderful Art Deco Regal theatre. Less than a 10 minute drive to Broadway, the beautiful jewel of the Cotswolds or 15 minutes to Chipping Camden, 20 minutes to Stratford upon Avon, half an hour to Cheltenham, Warwick or Worcester.

There are two double bedrooms both with a double bed. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room as you can see on the pic. The bathroom is downstairs gives easy access. There is a fully enclosed garden in front of the house and in the back as can see on pic.
