Lounge in this unique & cozy 2nd floor loft space designed with pinterest lovers in mind! Lovely Queen canopy bed in bedroom, cozy comforters & matrass toppers, lots of light, distressed look hardwoods, yard, Full size day bed/couch in living room. A secretary for a dedicated work space. Vintage furniture, with modern amenities & smart tvs. Kitchen, with eat in bar, ready for cooking. Picture perfect place that's calm, quiet, lots of plants, art, privacy and free street parking all around.

The space
You enter into a shabby chic outdoor porch area, and use keypad to go into main entrance door, which leads to the first floor entry room, and stairs that take you up to your space. We embraced the quirks and charm in this old house, so please don't come expecting perfect drywall or hardwood floors, or cookie cutter style.
We hope guests will appreciate the artsy unique space we have crafted for them and make themselves comfortable, it is not a museum, enjoy!

The main living space is on the second floor, that's where the bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom are located.
The space is 3 rooms total, plus the bathroom, it is small and intimate. The living room is open space, with a table that seats 4+, and the option for the day bed/couch to serve as space for more guests.

The kitchen has all a guest needs to cook, pots, salt peppers and spices etc. We have coffee and lots of teas for guests.
Shampoo and conditioner provided as well.

The downstairs has a separate & *shared* laundry room area, which also has stored items for the airbnb, like fans, vacuum, cleaning supplies etc. This space is used maybe one a week by our long term tenant to do laundry and doesn't conflict with your use of the space or doing laundry. These spaces are separate and lockable from each other, no one moves through each others spaces or separate units.

Our space is ideal for two-3 adults, or kids ages 4+, as it is not baby proofed and at this time we do not have baby gates and gear to accommodate. We are happy to have babies, just contact us, and bring your own gear at this time.
We can accommodate for more guests with an extra futon bed, just let us know when booking.

*Please note, there is only a shower, no baths at this time.

*There is a totally separate small studio unit on the first floor, for our long term airbnb guests, who know that our BOHO HOUSE guests are the priority. Which means, there will be no noise or issue from the other unit that will affect your stay what so ever. This separate unit has its own private entrance and exit in back of house, different from BOHO entrance.
We want BOHO guests to feel like the whole place is theirs and relax with no stress, we are super chill hosts who want the space to lived in!

Another unique offering to our amazing guests is that any guest(s) who book for Friday and/or Saturday night get complimentary tickets to The Harrisburg Improv Theatre, a hidden gem comedy club/performance art theatre in Midtown owned by your hosts.

During your stay

Either myself, my husband, or in rare circumstances a maintenance person will be available for our guests if they have issues with the space or need help.
For guests who are using their improv theatre tickets, we are sometimes able to meet them at the theatre, depending on the night.
I am happy to text recommendations and ideas of things to do if I am able as well.
