House is located in a quiet neighborhood in a small town. Birch Run Premium Outlets located 25 min away. 35 min to Frankenmuth. There is a small park just a block away. A library directly across the street as well as a unique gift shop. Grocery store is a block away, as well as a pizzeria, gas station and a bar/grill. The grocery store has a coffee shop offering specialty beverages. They also have some really good breakfast in their restaurant available on the weekends.

The space
Upstairs bedroom 1 is a loft with a full size bed, dresser, and place to hang clothes. Bedroom 2 is a large room with a full size bed dresser and place to hang clothes as well. These bedrooms are divided only by a wall, there is a sliding door that can close for privacy. There is a large open living room with an electric fireplace. Very cozy space! Bedroom 3 is downstairs. There is a queen bed, dresser, and a desk/chair for a workspace. Small kitchen/dining room. Private backyard with large play areas. Swings/slides for children. Outdoor fire pit and grill. Seating area as well. Laundry for guest use. Kitchen with everything you need including a coffee maker & coffee.
