My place is very close to downtown Montreal (15 minute drive), and De L 'égurch metro is 4 minutes (walk) away. You'll love my place because it's fully equipped, the ambiance , the light, and the harmonious atmosphere. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Please let me know if you have any questions! Our apartment is very close to downtown Montreal (downtown) (15 minutes by car, 20 minutes by metro) and Wellington Street (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by metro), a shopping street full of restaurants, gourmet shops and much more! We are also close to Griffintown (10 minute drive), a cultural area (cafes, theatres, restaurants etc).

My place is steps away from the St. Lawrence River which is stuck to a huge park and there is a beach during the summer.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor where your room is located, it is comfortable and clean! We have 4 bedrooms available (and a shared bathroom), but not always occupied at the same time.
