Enjoy the tranquility of the interior with the security of the gated community. Lush nature in a high-end, very spacious and peaceful home. 2000m2 plot, 20m pool, barbecue, pizza oven, wood stove, fireplace, 1000 litre bathtub, 5 suite plus 2 bathrooms, large living room, wifi. Accommodates 12 people. The condominium has a tennis court, volleyball court, playground, zen area. Great for sunset walks.

The space
The house is very spacious and bright , with a beautiful view of nature through the glass windows!
Upstairs, we have 4 en-suites, all with closets, 3 suites with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. In the master suite is the bathtub.
In the ground floor we have one more suite, with a trellis. A large living room with two faux fiber sofas, an oyster sofa also made of faux fiber.
Integrated to everything is the fireplace room with two two two-seater sofas and
the full kitchen, with a cooktop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, vertical freezer and small sink. We have necessary utensils such as dishes, l cutlery, glasses, pots and pans.
Outside there is a large glass table for 10 seats on the balcony. Barbecue area, wood-fired oven, shower, bathroom and swimming pool.
The house does not have air-conditioning, only 4 portable fans in the upper rooms.
In total the house sleeps 12 people.
