One acre lot with a parking space is available for campers with their own tent for up to a week. University library is within a five-ten minute drive. Grocery shops, gym, hospital are all reachable by bicycle. Recycling plant is across the street. There is wildlife to enjoy viewing or photographing: rabbits, deer, marsh cats.
You must be a good communicator (prefer multi-linguals) to get approved by the host.

Dear Hosts, please do not ask for cash at check-in or at check-out (such as to extend a stay at a discounted cash rate). Even if I was staying at a hotel or renting, the payment would not be in cash but as a check so that both sides have a record. None of the hosts that have asked for cash in the past have even mentioned or offered to issue a receipt along with it (which would be a considerate thing to do if you were asking in the first place). You will not receive a review if you ask for a cash payment.
