Check in with a click of a keypad! This house has everything you would need, kitchen, living room with TV, washer and dryer, 3 Queen bedroom, 2 bathroom. The TV has Hulu and Netflix set up. The house has wall heaters and has ceiling fans, an AC portable unit in the rooms. I will do what I can to make sure you have a comfortable stay, I am not available 24/7 due to my work schedule. The neighborhood might be loud, but it’s very rare.

The space
With this house, you do get your own space. It includes 1 masterbedroom with a private bathroom and 2 queen bedroom, 1 bathroom.

The house is set up for your comfort. Complete with living room, dining room, full kitchen & bedrooms.

Living room has a 65" TV with Hulu (no ads), Netflix, youtube. It has a comfy couch.

The dining room has a brand new table with four chairs.

The Kitchen has everything you could need. With a Keurig coffee maker, creamer, sugar, coffee cups. The kitchen has a huge fridge, four top stove, everything you would need to cook with. Also stocked with glass plates, bowls, silverware, tuber wear.

The bedroom has a queen bed with sheets, soft blanket, & a huge comforter with 4 pillows & 2 decorative pillows. The room has one lamp, the bedroom also has a small closet, has a dresser & an extension cord for phone chargers.

The masterbedroom bathroom has a shower, double sink, toilet. The shower has shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. The sink has hand soap.

There is a W/D stocked with sensitive skin laundry detergent.

The second bedroom, the bed is a queen sized with sheets, soft blanket, & a huge comforter with 4 pillows & 2 decorative pillows. It has one lamp the bedroom also has a small closet, has a dresser & an extension cord for phone chargers.

the house has two AC units that can be turned on for additional air, along with fans. For heating the house has wall heaters, one in the living room & one in each bedroom.

We DO NOT accept pets in this house. If a pet is found in the house, or tried to be snuck in, there will be a fee charged.

If you smoke in the house a $100 fee will be charged.

Hello My name is Heather! I have lived in portales 8 years now, with my family. I enjoy traveling, which is why I got into Airbnb, I want to give someone who enjoys traveling a nice stay for a decent price! I try my best for the airbnbs to be a perfect stay, but life happens, and I haven't figured out all of the little things yet that make for a Perfect stay. So any recommendations are appreciated! I do try my best on giving you a 5 star for a cheap stay.

Please remember you are staying in an airbnb, not a 5 star hotel. I try to make it perfect but everyone has their own idea how an airbnb should be.
