The space
The house will be completely thermally insulated in 2021 and renovated inside. The apartment is bright and friendly. If required, a cot 70cm x 135 cm (slatted frame) can be booked (€ 10.00).
In summer the apartment is pleasantly cool. Comfortably warm in winter or individually adjustable. The soundproofing of the apartment above ensures peace and quiet. Controllable shutters, insect screens and pleated blinds on the windows underline the comfort. Wide and high doors convey spaciousness.
Everything is at ground level, the car is right outside the door and is secured by the fence.
The apartment is locked, nobody disturbs. The landlord lives in the house next door and answers all questions.
