In addition, this room has a lot of privacy with respect to the house, since you do not have to go through the house to enter and exit.

Guest access
The room is for the exclusive use of the guest, it is shared with the rest of the bathroom and toilet, also kitchen, with the kitchen service due to the current circumstances of energy crisis, the guest will be asked to make responsible use of the kitchen... you can not make elaborate meals, or stews, if iron, vegetables or simple things. (eggs, rice, vegetables...) not fried, to avoid annoying smells or long cooking times... The guest can not invite any person outside the house, for medium and long stay accommodation, washing service is offered once a week.

During your stay
I live in the house, I will be available for the needs of the guest, giving them their independence and privacy, without intruding on whether they enter or leave... you will have the freedom within the boundaries of good practices and house rules to maintain a pleasant , polite and quiet environment.

The area is popular, very busy during the day, two minutes from the train station, fifteen minutes walking from all the central points of interest of the city... in the neighborhood there are all kinds of shops for your supply...pharmacy, supermarkets, gas station, bus....etc, etc....
