The space
The apartment is located in the basement of a 4-party house in a quiet side street of Rodenbach. The ceiling height is 2.20m (7ft 3in) in the entire apartment except in the bedroom, where it is just under 2m (6ft 7in).

On approx. 60 sqm is distributed
- a spacious kitchen with new fitted kitchen, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster,
- a cozy living room with sofa bed (queensize, 1.40m x 2.00m) and large 55 inch flat screen TV, as well as a work corner and Lan connection,
- a separate bedroom with a kingsize bed, a clothes rack and two drawers,
- a hallway with shoe rack and wardrobe
- another bedroom (passage room) with a sofa bed (1.20m x 1.95m),
and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Furthermore, adjacent to the bathroom and the passage room is a covered outdoor seating area with small seating.
