Tucked away in a tranquil corner of the Owners' grounds, Hope’s Cabin, a stunning retreat to return to at the end of a day exploring the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall. Soak away aches in the gorgeous copper bath or relax in front of the log burner. Enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining on the deck or wrap up in a rug when the temperature drops. Sun lovers will appreciate sunshine for most of the day. Well equipped kitchen cleverly chosen to maximise space. King size bed, inside loo & outside shower.

The space
Enjoy floor to ceiling glass doors which run almost the full width of the cabin creating a really light space. Open plan with copper bath at one end on a slate plinth. Separate loo & basin. Open the doors wide on a lovely day and the deck doubles the size of the cabin. The small garden is for the cabin's sole private use, shielded from the rest of the garden by bamboos and other greenery. Whatever the weather or season, you will be happy & comfortable here. In the depths of Winter, underfloor heating will keep you warm & cosy and the log burner will be the icing on the cake.

We are fortunate to live in an AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) - the hamlet of Tregarne in a beautiful & peaceful corner of the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. Surrounded by stunning coastline, Porthallow, just down the hill, is the half way point of the whole of the South West Coastal Path. Enjoy many other beautiful Cornish villages on the Lizard Peninsula which include St. Keverne, Porthallow, Coverack, Helford, Mullion, Cadgwith & Lizard.

In nearby Porthallow, you will enjoy The Five Pilchards. Great for a drink or a bite to eat. Up the road out of Porthallow is the fabulous & famous Fat Apples Cafe - don't miss the chance to visit! In nearby St. Keverne, we have The Three Tuns pub and The Greenhouse Restaurant. And a great little supermarket, butchers, newsagent & post office. Our absolute favourite is The Ship Inn in Mawgan - open for dinner only - about 15 mins drive. Why not treat yourselves to a Gear Farm Pasty - well worth the 15 min drive.

You can also indulge in painting classes, pottery classes, diving at Porthkerris, golf, art galleries, magnificent Cornish gardens & country houses, our beautiful beaches & larger towns. If you need any ideas or more specific information, please shout. I would be delighted to help.

Hi, I live in a small hamlet called Tregarne along with my husband Simon. We have three holiday cottages that are dotted around our garden and a new beautiful & bespoke cabin called Hope's Cabin. Aside from looking after our cottages, we're avid walkers and can often be found walking the South West Coastal path or going for a cold water swim. Drop me a message if you have any questions about our accommodation.
