Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in beautiful South Del Rio abutted to Val Verde Vinery, the oldest licensed vinery in Texas. Contera stone floors and shower with glass block, two small refrigerators, microwave, table for two, Television, work space with chaise, armoire and table. Window blinds, ceiling fan, heat and air. Outside amenities include two BBQ, fire pit, two tables that seat ten and two elliptical chairs overlooking the beautiful yard. Be our Guest!

The space
The Casita Cha Cha is a very private lovely space. It abuts the Val Verde Winery and is in close proximity to San Felipe Creek Recreation Area and historic South Del Rio. The One Bedroom, One bath Casita has a large beautiful Saltillo tiled patio and yard. It includes brand new BBQ grill, fire pit (including wood), two elliptical chairs, umbrella table for four and a dining table for six. The yard and patio area are private and enjoyed by guests only. This is security monitored and gated.
