Brand New Apartment located in Weston-Super-Mare a 2 minute walk from the Beach and Beach Lawns. The property is 3 minutes to the nearby shops and 5 minutes to the town centre where you will find numerous shops, restaurants, cinema and of course the famous Grand Pier. This property is Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and businesspeople and contractors. Newly refurbished to a very high standard our 1 bed has a memory foam mattress. The Apartment is the entire Top (2nd) floor of our serviced apartment building, a 2 minute walk from the Beach. It is a 1 bedroom apartment, with mini kitchen, a good size lounge, with dining/workspace.

The lounge also features a comfortable sofa, chair, smart TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix and other online television services. The lounge & bedroom have blackout blinds. Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

The Bedroom has a double bed, with 4 pillows and a comfortable mid-tog duvet. There is a small wardrobe and chest of drawers for you to store your clothes.

The brand new bathroom features a rainfall style shower, we provide bath & hand towels, along with hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner for your convenience during your stay.
