During your stay

☛ Our team is available between 8 am and 10 pm to receive phone calls for support and assistance.

☛ Please be advised that our latest check-in time is at 9:30 pm to ensure that our Guest Management Team can assist with any queries as the office closing time is at 10:00 pm. If you do check-in after 10:00 pm, unfortunately, our Guest Management Team will be unable to assist and we would require all guests to thoroughly read through their check-in instructions.

☛ Should you wish to extend your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us before 6 PM the day before your departure date to avoid a late extension request charge of £50.

☛ In order for us to comply with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines, please checkout before 10:30 AM to avoid a late check-out charge of £30 for the first one hour and £20 per hour following.

☛ It is very important that keys and fobs are returned to the keynest or lockbox where you collected them from. Failure to do so will result in a call out charge of £100 as they are essential for the running of the apartment and are not easily replaced.
