Everything is constantly sanitized observing the sanitary rules required by the authorities

Rooms: one allows 04 accommodations, served by a bathroom. In the suite, the bathroom is private. It has a queen bed, armoire and 42’ smartTV android. The living room has a 50’ smartTV android, accommodating its occupants on a sofa/bed and table/dining for 06 people. Both TVs have channels, movies and series available.

Services area: washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a clothesline.

The kitchen is complete: cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans, refractories and several other items and housewares, so that your stay is completely comfortable.

The balcony is equipped: barbecue, sink, cupboard, table and chairs for leisure and fun overlooking the sea.

Curtain only in the room. In the rooms, the windows themselves have shutters that make it possible to leave the environment completely open and airy or in blackout during the day. With less exposed fabrics we make the environment cleaner and with less impact on people with any sensitivity or allergies. The mattresses are surrounded by a waterproof cover and material that allows proper cleaning. For current sanitary reasons, we are not providing bed and bath linen, which may be optional.

In the center of Bertioga, the building is located between the main access avenue to the entrance of the City (Av. 19 de Maio), on the last street up to the edge of the beach. Neighborhood has several facilities such as gas stations, pharmacies, supermarkets and wholesalers, restaurants, pizzerias, general trade, in addition to several tourist attractions. The location allows everything to be explored on foot

During your stay

During the week we live near the accommodation and on these days we can interact in person. On weekends it may happen that we are not available in person as we have 01 baby and another one on the way. However, we will be available for any other contact whenever you need us, as we want to make you comfortable. Our contact can be made through the app or the cell numbers left at the reception. We selected this option to be as transparent as possible.

Self check-in can be done easily with the building's concierge.
