Great little room. There is no tv in the room but we do have a huge tv in the living area. The kitchen is available for use at any time as well as the washer/dryer. pots and pans available to your use. Bathroom is shared with other Airbnb guests **located in creek side** Pet fee $ 50

Guest may use full living area, kitchen, bathroom, and front porch. Free parking on site. With the cleaning fee, you are not expected to strip sheets, wash towels etc (unless wanted to.). However I do ask that you throw away any food trash to prevent ants! If you have a fur baby, all of our dogs are great around others and if needed we can keep them in our rooms, we have a medium size crate available to your use as long as you let us know!
