The mini-house has been newly built in the village of Teghenik, Armenia. It's a beautifully designed and very comfortable studio-style space with everything necessary for two people.

Located in the countryside, this house is 1535m above sea level, with all the amazing surroundings visible.

The house is very convenient and suitable for 2-4 people, best used by couples.

If you are looking for a place to zone out, relax and explore, you're welcome.

The space
The space is approximately 45 square meters, which includes one big open space and a bathroom.

The open space has a separately dedicated part being used as a laundry room. It has a washing machine (max 8kg), drying rack, washing detergents and liquids, everything necessary for laundry and drying.

It has one twin bed and an inflatable mattress, in case 2 more people are willing to join.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all equipment: Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, oven, induction stovetop, kitchen hood ventilator, air fryer, food processor, hand mixer, meat grinder, etc.

It also has all the amenities for cooking, baking, and enjoying meals.

The open space also has drawers, tables, chairs, two armchairs, everything for maximum comfort.

The bathroom space is around 6 square meters. There is a toilet seat, shower with very high water pressure, and an 80L water heater.

The house is located in Teghenik, a beautiful tiny village 20 miles (~35kms) from the capital city Yerevan, 5000 ft (~1500m) above sea level, with mild climate & stunning nature.

The neighborhood has a huge potential of outdoor recreational activities. There are more than seven peaks above 2000 meters nearby, many cultural architectural sites a castle and an artificial lake built in 13C BC.
