The space
Open concept living room and dining room. Kitchen is located in back of the house. Front bedroom has full dresser and back bedroom has drawers under the bed along with shelves in the closet. Bathroom is centrally located. Large covered front porch for relaxing and small backyard available. Coffee station includes regular and decaf coffee, hot chocolate and tea along with sugar and cream. Complimentary snacks are included on the counter for guests - perfect for those who may be "hangry" from traveling. A few board games are available including a poker set for those who want to stay inside and relax. This is the lower unit of a duplex - the upper level of the house is a separate rental unit and may have guests as well.
