Only a few minutes to downtown Port Carling or 25 minutes to Downtown Bracebridge.

Wide open concept living, dining and kitchen area to enjoy time with family and friends. Vaulted ceilings and custom craftsman details everywhere with breathtaking views from every room.
The Main cottage has been winterized and insulated and is available all year round. Full Laundry room with washer and dryer provided
Enjoy Coffee, Tea and Wifi on us!

BEDROOMS:
The main cottage has 4 private bedrooms with 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds share a room. The Master ensuite has a full private bathroom all to yourself.
Two full bathrooms with stand up glass showers.
All dressed in fresh brand new linens and soft pillows for you to feel at home.

THE BUNKIE COTTAGE: Sleeps 6!
The Bunkie has 4 twin beds bunk style with epic views of the lake and a pull out double couch (not winterized, available from May 1st and summer months only)

THE BOATHOUSE, ROOFTOP DECK & DOCKS:
Enjoy breathtaking views from inside the boathouse with luxury seating and inside and a full rooftop terrace to sun yourself and relax all day long. (available in summer months only)
Gorgeous Docks wrap around this boathouse with endless areas to relax and enjoy the sound of water and nature. Park your Boat on the dock during your stay with one boat lift available for use. (not winterized, available in summer months only) Water Depth is approximately 16-18’ off the sides/end of the dock.

FIRE PIT and OUTDOOR Amenities:
Follow the large boulder steps up to a beautiful custom stone fire pit area with classic red Muskoka Chairs and gorgeous views. Firewood is provided for you!
Enjoy the BBQ or Custom Wood Fired Pizza Oven to cook up your own masterpiece meal
Board games for those rainy days or cozy gatherings around the extra large barn board coffee table
Two Kayaks and a canoe available for your use.

Nestled into a lakefront neighbourhood of Cottages and Boathouses with neighbours on each side. Privacy provided by ancient evergreen trees year round. Year round maintained cottage road. 4WD/ AWD recommended in winter months as driveway is quite steep.

Originally east coasters, we settled in Muskoka just 6 years ago and love it here.
LiteHouse is a conception of both of our skill sets rolled into one. We love properties, Muskoka and making the most of life!

With years of experience in business and property management, festival planning, artistic endeavours and animal rescue just to name a few, we are a busy couple who loves enjoying life and helping others do the same.

We managed an Airbnb company for Muskoka for over 3 years and are excited to keep serving our existing clients and guests with our own special touch!

You will have the space to yourself, however we live in Muskoka and are readily available for any questions you may have or anything you may need.
