There is a nice wicker seating area under the deck that is shaded for hot days.

Upper level includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and bathoom, second bedroom and guest bathroom. Downstairs includes two bedrooms, family room, bathroom and laundry room. Laundry room has spare fridge and area for cleaning fish.
