Hi, I’m your host, Heidi, and I was born and raised right here in the Des Moines, Iowa! I handcrafted Windy Pines Suite to be a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while visiting Des Moines and Central Iowa. With quick access to the Iowa State Fair Grounds, Adventureland, Prairie Meadows Racetrack, and downtown Des Moines, my spacious one bedroom/one bathroom suite is the perfect resting spot for tourists and travelers alike. Hi I am a host on Airbnb. We bought this house as our forever home to share with our children and grandchildren. My husband is a pastor at a local church, and I teach 1st grade at a local school. We love to go bike riding and being involved in our local community.
