SPACE and LAYOUT

The Penthouse is duplex (Two floors). Top Floor. Accessed via lift. Suitable for wheelchair users - front entrance only. There are two Terraces, one accessed from living room and the other from master bedroom. Both Terraces are quite spacious and have uninterrupted beautiful river views day and night. This Penthouse is quite spacious and it covers about 2000 sq ft.

As it's a duplex Penthouse, 3 bedrooms are upstairs and the 4th bedroom is downstairs close to the kitchen.

Bedroom one (Master Bedroom) - 1 king size bed and 1 airbed (3 guests can sleep here). There are two wardrobes. There is a terrace accessed from the master bedroom. Full river views. This master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom (this bedroom is upstairs)

Bedroom two - 1 double bed and 1 single bed (3 guests can sleep here). There is a small wardrobe. Views from the window is towards Merchant City Glasgow and the parking (this bedroom is upstairs).

Bedroom three - 2 single beds (2 guests can sleep here). A small wardrobe is available. Views from the window is towards Merchant City Glasgow and the parking (this bedroom is upstairs).

Bedroom four - 1 king size bed (2 guests can sleep here). Fitted wardrobe is available. Views from the window is towards Merchant City Glasgow and the parking. (this bedroom is downstairs)

1) Family bathroom upstairs. (Electric shower, Bath tub, WC etc included)

2) Second En-Suite Bathroom is attached to the Master Bedroom. (Electric shower, Walk in Shower, WC etc included)

3) Third toilet / powder room is down stairs. (Sink, WC etc Included - There would be no shower for this room)

Living Room 1 - There is a spacious and comfortable large living space downstairs that has a 70 inches Samsung QLed Frame TV "Including contemporary looking Studio tripod Stand", The TV is smart TV connected to super fast Fibre optic broadband wifi internet. Guests can enjoy online contents like Netflix, Youtube etc. There is a Samsung sound bar for high quality 3D sound. There would be free cable channels as well. Guests would have full river views from the living room. The terrace can be accessed from the living room. Spacious terrace, there is outdoor furniture, including a hanging egg chair, sun lounger and a sun bed.

Living Area 2 / Games Room - There is a pool table and guests can enjoy playing pool. (No drinks on top of pool table please)

Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with various selection of utensils that you would find at home. Kettle, Microwave, Hob, Oven, Cutleries, Pots, Pans, etc. We do not provide edibles, such as milk, tea, coffee and sugar. There is a Kitchen Island / Breakfast Bar with breakfast bar stools.

Washing Machine is available in the Kitchen.

Parking Garage - Guests would have access to keys for secured lock up garage. 3 small cars can be parked or two long cars. If you have any bicyles or anything big, the garage has a lot of space to store. Although very long, the garage is not very wide and the ceiling hight is not big, please check before booking if you have an SUV. The remote fobs for the garage should not be lost and kept secure.

G1 part of Glasgow City centre is the most central part to stay in Glasgow and enjoy what Glasgow has to offer, post codes starting with G1 are the most sought after locations in Glasgow. Everything is close by. The Penthouse for larger groups can serve as a great value for money as it has a huge space, can accommodate quite large number of guests at a time, the Living space is very spacious and they all can be together to enjoy a get together time. Two Terraces and the beautiful views of River Clyde, pool table, 4 bedrooms, convenient 3 bathrooms, huge living space, lock up secured garage / free parking for a number of cars can all act as a great value for money.
Top restaurants, Designer shops, Superb shopping centres, Cinemas, Casinos, Clubs etc all just minutes away from the Penthouse. Glasgow Central Station, Queen Street Station, Buchanan Street etc all within minutes walk.
