If your looking for a romantic getaway or beachside adventure then you have just found it. Our newly renovated open-plan split level studio apartment is located in a quiet laneway nearby to the famous Cottesloe Beach, Claremont Quarter and Millionaires Row.

At Luxe in Cottesloe guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

The space
Our self-contained apartment has all the amenities provided with a full kitchen featuring a Fisher & Paykel Steam Oven & 4 burner glass cooktop, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, complete with a breakfast bar for dining.

A toaster, kettle, sandwich press & blender are supplied so you can whip up your morning breakfast, or if you prefer to venture out there are plenty of cafes, coffee shops and bakery’s including North Street Store & Daisy’s where you can pick up some baked goods.

A Bosch washer & heat pump dryer can be found in the Laundry Closet next to the kitchen and a common drying court with plenty of hanging space.

Fresh linen and towels are supplied with memory foam pillows, a plush mattress and block out curtains to ensure you wake feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Stay warm in winter and cool in summer with a reverse A/C, or alternatively open the balcony door and windows to enjoy that coastal breeze.

The bathroom features a stone topped vanity with shaving cabinet storage. Return from a day out shopping in Claremont Quarter or after a day on the beach to a refreshing shower (rainshower or regular option available).

Unlimited Wifi is provided and Chromecast connected to the TV so you can kick back and relax and watch anything you please during your stay.
