Studio 30m², Helbor Stay Batel is a condominium located in one of the main avenues of Curitiba AV. silva Garden, composed of kitchen/living room/bedroom, afternoon sun, excellent natural light, well ventilated and with a beautiful view of Batel, one of the safest regions of Curitiba, two blocks from Shopping Patio Batel and one of the sights the charming Square of Japan.

Located on the 11th floor of an excellent standard condominium in the Batel/Centro neighborhood, you will be able to enjoy complete infrastructure for your leisure and rest moments: gym, private restaurant.
We think of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible, combined with a fair price!
Space with planned and fully equipped furniture (household appliances, crockery, silverware, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, iron, hairdryer and bed and bath items). Bathroom with blindex box and towel rack, table and kitchen with frost free refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, granite countertop and spacious living room.
- Check-in after 2 pm and check-out until 11 am

Cleaning will be done after check-out or upon request (with additional cost).
- Over 15 days stay, it is mandatory that extra cleaning be contracted with our team (with an additional fee of R$100);
In order for you to feel at home and enjoy the space, in addition to respecting those who will come afterwards and those who take care of the cleaning of the Studio, we ask that care be taken in the use of available objects, that the resources be rationally consumed as water and electricity (turning off lights, air conditioning and all electrical equipment when leaving the apartment) and that respect the other residents and the rules of the condominium, in addition to keeping the environment clean and organized.
