Welcome to your cozy retreat by the lake! This cottage is your gateway to relaxation; Warm yourself by the fireplace, read a book or play a board game, enjoy the large living room and stocked kitchen. Luxury king bed in the master. Walk to All Sports Otter Lake with its sandy beach, boat launch, downtown restaurant and cornerstore. This is your getaway! The cottage is equipped w/ high speed WiFi and smart TVs. Longer term stays also welcome. 20/25 miles to Lapeer/Frankenmuth/Flint.

The space
Your getaway is two blocks from Otter Lake public beach and campground. There are 2 kayaks behind the garage for your enjoyment. The Holloway Reservoir, one of the areas largest lakes with public access, and Buttercup Beach, is just miles away. Otter Lake has a blueberry picking farm with ice cream shop. The Mounds ATV trail park is in the neighboring city. The Poly Ann trail is nearby with miles of biking/walking trails. Lapeer is closeby with its historic downtown and many shops and restaurants. Please remember this cottage is an imperfect home. We can’t wait for you to experience this fantastic destination!
