The Berry Patch Bungalow welcomes those looking to enjoy the simpler things in life.

15 minutes from the town of Antigonish, the house is located on a berry farm, surrounded by woods waiting to be explored.

The space
The house was built in 1967 and has kept its vintage and rustic charm, like in the old-fashioned wood stove and exposed beams. The ground floor is complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms + a den with a pull out couch, and full bathroom. Through the den is access to a large, private back deck.

Downstairs is a finished basement where you'll find laundry room, and where there will eventually be two additional bedrooms and a rec room - for now it is just a big empty space asking for a game of mini sticks!
