Large Villa in charming and quiet Gottem between green and water. Very quiet area, ideal for cycling, hiking, horse riding etc. It's so quiet in here that you don't know you forgot to close the window until you wake up in the morning from the call of birds in the garden. There are several walking and cycling opportunities in the area through picturesque pieces of nature. Gottem is a sub-municipality of the lively Deinze (6.5 km) and is located 25km from Ghent. (Bruges 40km)

The space
We provide 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds facing each other. They can be pushed away from each other. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a double bed of 1m80 wide.
The bedrooms share a renewed bathroom with rain shower and toilet. This bathroom is intended for guests only. There is also a separate guest toilet. We also use these ourselves. We keep our bathroom on the ground floor to ourselves.

Gottem is an old-fashioned mini-community located in a very quiet neighbourhood. A typical village with 2 main streets and almost no traffic, where everyone knows each other. In our street there are 3 houses. On average, 6 cars pass through per day.
Our house is located on various hiking and cycling routes. The neighborhood is perfect for a relaxing walk in nature, along the boat or one of the beautiful old lee arms where the water winds nicely between the trees and the greenery.

We wonen in een grote villa. De 2 oudste kinderen zijn het huis uit. De 2 jongste kinderen verblijven tijdens de week op internaat. Onze kamers zijn dus meestal leeg. Daarom verhuren we graag deze kamers.
We verhuren deze vanaf oktober 2021 maar ik heb al heel wat ervaring omdat ik eerder al een appartement verhuurde.
