The full renovation is complete! The theme is Industrial Loft; high ceiling, inorganic, cool place with bespoke pieces by Japanese blacksmiths, and unique lightings. 710 sq/ft apartment less than 1 min walk to Oyama Station. Great place for people who need space while on vacation or for visiting friends and family. Bullet train 42 min to Tokyo. Tochigi city is two stops away, Nikko, Ashikaga, Mashiko pottery, and Sano Outlet are within an hour away. You can get to Ibaraki by taking Mito Line.

The space
The apartment is located in the heart of the cities business district which provides the guest with all of the amenities necessary to make your stay comfortable including grocery shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The apartment is spacious, especially for Japan standards, and the 3 bedrooms gives guests privacy and a chance to enjoy personal time to rest and relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining so guests can enjoy eating in. There is a small balcony that allows you to get some fresh air or to hang your clothes if your doing laundry. The apartment is very clean and located several floors above ground level, which makes it rather quiet especially at night. Overall, it's almost impossible to find a better place to stay this close to the station anywhere inJapan.

Where you’ll be

Oyama-Shi, Tochigi-Ken, Japan

It is very convenient as the apartment is located within a minute walk from the Oyama station. There are lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, department stores, small shops, drug stores, variety shops, clinics, banks, cinemas and other shops available.

Oyama allows you to immerse yourself in both traditional and modern Japanese culture. From trying on a kimono, to experiencing Zazen (Buddist Meditation), touring a sake factory, visiting a Japanese Akita or Shiba dog breeder, Nissan factory tour of the famous GTR, seasonal fruit picking including the award winning Ohira grapes or world renowed Tochigi starwberries, to numerous seasonal festivals like the cherry blossoms and summer fire works, the city offers an authentic opprtunity to experience all Japan has to offer. Also of interest, the historic Tochigi city is two stations away by Ryomo Line, and has its own collection of unique attractions.

By having Fujitsu, Komatsu, KDDI in the Oyama city, Hitachi in the next city Tochigi, which is only two stations away, and other major Japanese companies in the capital city of Utsunomiya, which is 30min by local train, it makes the apartment rather suitable and reasonable for a business person to relax and have your own time and space to work just like your home.

There is a free bus to a shopping facility called "Harvest Walk" from the station, and a bowling, pool entertainment facility called "Round 1" from the station. Harvest walk has an Onsen (Japanese hot spring) as well.

You can take Shinkansen (bullet train) to Tokyo for 42 min, even a local train to Tokyo takes within 1.5 hour. Taking the train on JR, Ryomo Line and Mito Line, you can travel anywhere to Nikko, Nasu, Tochigi, Sano (outlet mall is there), Ashikaga, Ibaraki area, almost anywhere you'd like. Though it takes 2.5 hour, you can even go to a 1 day trip to Kamakura if you take Shonan Shinjuku Line without transferring. It is also very convenient as a few car rental shops are right around the apartment. If you are looking for more space and comfort for your travelling, this is the sopt for you instead of staying at crowded, expensive Tokyo hotels.

Omoigawa river is right there and more nature you can enjoy here. There is an Olympic sized pool available you can go within 10 min ride.

There is a kids' play area called "Kids Land" has been opened right across the street called ROBLE department store building. You can enjoy bringing your children there for some fun and activities as an oasis during your busy travelling schedule. This building also has Don Xihaute, TSUTAYA, Nishimatsuya, movie theaters, and more.
