Spacious 415 sq ft studio apartment conveniently located close to public transportation and many local NYC attractions. This bright, newly updated space is MUCH bigger than your typical NYC hotel room!

As this space is part of our home that we love, we ask that guests treat it with respect and review the full listing/house rules upon booking. Note that our family of 4 with two small children lives upstairs and you will likely hear us from time to time. (See the notes section for more details.)

The space
This well-lit private studio apartment has plenty of room, featuring a comfortable queen size bed, full size futon, full kitchen (full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, coffee maker, utensils, plates, and even some essential spices), and space to work or relax! This space would be appropriate for young kids, and an inflatable toddler bed, pack & play and baby seat may be available upon request.

Our house is in the heart of Flatbush, Brooklyn. A very short (1 block) walk to the 2 train station at Beverly Rd, 5 blocks from the Kings Theater, and about a mile from Prospect Park. 30-minutes to lower Manhattan, the location makes it easy to get around for business or pleasure. The neighborhood is very Caribbean, so hopefully you'll get a chance to try some curry or currant buns. Happy to provide recommendations for delivery, sightseeing, or where to get the best craft beer.

Outgoing, adventurous, athletic gal living in Brooklyn, NY for longer than I thought would actually happen. Originally from Virginia, I love delicious food and craft beer.
