Experience a quiet and peaceful stay at Caprock Casita! Your hosts have provided every amenity and more unexpected perks for you to relax and enjoy West Texas! Only minutes from some of Lubbock's best dining options, this rustic oasis will recharge you during the night so you can tackle the next day. Caprock Casita was completely remodeled in 2022. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom private home offers a beautifully landscaped outdoor seating area to watch the vibrant evening sunsets.

The space
The first bedroom contains a King bed and an additional twin bed, a dresser, two nightstands and a closet. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a chest of drawers, two nightstands and a closet as well as a full-length mirror. Both bedrooms are outfitted with clean, comfortable bedding and extra blankets, quilts and pillows, charging stations on each nightstand. We also have a portable "pack-and-play" bed for babies if needed. Also included is an iron and ironing board.

The bathroom contains a brand-new bathtub with an adjustable shower head, private toilet area, and vanity. We provide plenty of shampoo, shower gel and plush towels, as well as a hair dryer and a few other bathroom essentials you may need during your stay.

The living room boasts a 55" Roku enabled TV you can watch while lounging on the down-filled sofa or comfy chairs.

The stylish galley kitchen offers a farm sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, RO water dispenser, and a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of coffee and cream. Other kitchen amenities included are a single hot plate, an air fryer, a toaster oven, a blender and dishes. *Please note that there is not an oven or dishwasher in the Caprock Casita*

Just north of the house is the outdoor space where you can enjoy the sunsets and a beverage or morning coffee. The table has four chairs but if more seating is needed, we would be happy to provide them for you, just let us know. There is designated guest parking for 3 vehicles, one in front of the Casita and two outside the gate. Please do not block the driveway and park in designated spaces only. If you are pulling a trailer, please let us know so we can accommodate that as well.

This is not a pet friendly house. Please plan to leave your furry friends at home.

During your stay

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
